How do I book a transfer?

Booking your airport trasnfer is easy. Send us a message via WhatsApp or fill out the booking form avaliable on this page. We Will contact you with the details of your transfer including the rates and vehicle type.

IMPORTANT:
Reservations can be made via email or WhatsApp. All transfers must be paid in full prior to your arrival to oficially confirm your reservation in our system. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact us.

Are the listed rates per person or per vehicle?

All listed rates are based on the vehicle type and number of passengers.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each Passenger may bring one piece of luggage, either a checked bag or carry-on. The quote and vehicle type will be based on the number of passengers and luggage.

Please, make sure to provide accurate information when filling the form so that we can provide you with the appropiate quote and ensure enough space for you and your luggage.

What is your cancelattion policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled service) due to flights delays and/or cancellations are non-refundable.

Cancellations made in advance will receive a full refund, excluding any fees charged by the payment processor.
